Message from the School

The Maya Angelou PCS Young Adult Learning Center (YALC) provides academic, workforce, and life skill programming to older youth who still seek a high school credential. Participants receive academic coursework in preparation for the GED examand life beyond the diploma. In partnership with the Home Builder’s Institute, YALC also offers exposure to construction trades in order to be receive OSHA 10 and PACT certifications.
